Fear, Desire, and Self-Motivation

When it comes to motivating yourself one thing is clear, whatever your goals is that anyone who has ever been awarded the title of “winner” is also a very self motivated.

You never hear about that Olympic athletes are required to practice or multi-millionaires who feel simply not work. When it comes to that, they have mastered the art of self-motivation and it paid off on a large scale. So what are these people you do not know?

What the winners have managed to do is change the motivation of fear (what most use), with desire. Although this seems very simple to very few people ever make this change and it costs them big time.

Fear and desire are the only two motivators in life. If you dig deep enough, you will notice that everything from motivational speeches to commercials and even movies all the work in one of these two levels. The speeches of motivation or mood lifted, or you want better for yourself something. Commercial or you do something for fear of a result (if not using seat belts are more likely to die in a car accident) or desire (if you use this deodorant for women is you). And movies, especially horror movies, you get a good dose of adrenaline to show that the thing you fear might happen.

The trick to success and self-motivation is to move from fear of what he does not want what they want. Most people think that there is no difference, going to say “And if I do not want to be fat or thin, is not the same” and the answer is no, no. Your brain works with images. If I tell you not to think of a Corvette must first think of not thinking. In the example above, if you plan not to be fat, that do you see in your eyes? You should consider yourself fat before they can think otherwise. On the other hand, if you plan to be thin you’re so thin, you start to believe in your mind and begin to act on this belief.

Here are some points of action that may begin to immediately see a difference, but as with any self-improvement that needs work. Believe me when I say it will be worth it, because soon you see yourself being a positive and happy person. Stop being afraid of what they do not want and get ready for things to keep thinking and fantasizing. Since then, whenever you remember to be consistent with regard to these action items will become one of those self-motivation. And remember, this is not that people are motivated because they succeed, succeed because they are self motivated!

Nicely written. Some of us DESIRE to succeed because we are motivated by the FEAR of failure.
