Five Great Ways to Control Your Anger

Follow these easy steps to ease your anger.

Do you get angry easy? Do you get annoyed or frustrated over simple things?

If you do, you should be angry less after reading this:

  1.  When you get angry, think of something good, that happened, or someone that was nice to you, this makes you realise that good things happen, and tomorrow can only be better.
  2. Go out and buy a stress ball, these are usually quite small, sqwuishy, cheap things that, when you are angry you squeeze to help relieve stress, and make you feel better. You could also buy a punching bag etc, but a stress ball is more practical for your pocket, or when your out.
  3. Sit down on your own for a minute and think through what just happened, and maybe you’ll realise(realize) that what happened was’nt really that bad, and it could have been worse.
  4. Find a sink or water source and splash cold water on your face to make you snap out of your anger, and calm you down.
  5. Think through different scenarios in your head, so that if they happen, you can ready your self for them and stop your anger taking over.

I really hope this helps a lot of people out there, especially in these hard times, when people are most likely to be stressed or annoyed. Keep this in mind and kick anger out.
