Five Simple Tips About Hatemails

First time to hear such a word. What is hate mail? Although self explanatory, I’m still very curious because I haven’t receive any in my entire “techie” life and I often read suicides committed because of this hate mail gaga.

I run-into accidentally

My curiosity was answered when I accidentally came across a section with the word HATE MAILS. Prying into the contents, I realized that hate mail really is full of detestation, bad words galore, all sorts of carnage words enough to “kill” oneself (by the words alone.)

What now?

I realized now why some people are destined to kill themselves after reading. Hmmm…but wait a minute. Is it worth that precious life? For the positive thinker, absolutely NO! But for the sentimental ones, oh my, the word suicide is quite beautiful to hear.

What to advise?

Although we cannot blame those who took their own lives because of this dreadful word, we can somehow give some practical advises.

1. Show Sympathy  to the hate mail senders – think that they are “disturbed” minded individuals. Show consideration instead.
2. You are a good writer – think of hate mails as positive result of your being a good writer. Good writer results to millions of readers (although articles you’ve written might be an insult to some readers).
3. Refrain from destroying reputations – especially the popular ones like the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. You will be outnumbered by his million fans (including me).
4. Offer Friendship – instead of feeling angry and self-pity, offer friendship instead and be ready to release the word SORRY (for having offended thee!)

Lastly,

1. Do not read further hatemails. – to avoid further desolation

How to do number 5?

As soon as you open your emails, you will know who sent you WHAT. For those anonymous sender, look at the subject column. If in case you were deceived by the beautiful words written on the subject column, the first sentence you read already concludes that the mail is actually a hate mail. AUTOMATICALLY ERASE, DELETE (don’t smash your computer, it’s too costly) and don’t bother to ruin your beautiful day because of it.

Remember, life is beautiful to put to waste. And besides hate mails are just ordinary mails. If you consider it as life threatening, then seek help from authorities.
