Five Things You Can Keep Shut

You cannot shut the doors of this world, but can shut few things under your control to keep yourself away from the evils you don’t like.

The first three are the words of Mahatma Gandhi, who is called as “Father of India”. I added few more, which suits this modern world.

Shut your Eyes

Shut your eyes, when you see something wrong and for sure which you cannot change. I know, some people will argue “What happens if everyone shut the eyes? Who will correct that wrongs?” But I’m practical. I too love to correct those wrongs. But some things cannot be changed. For example, I cannot change an actress from acting nude, but I can shut my eyes without watching her movies.

Shut your Ears

Shut your ears, when you hear some bad speeches, which you really want to hear. We cannot stop people from talking rubbish and doing back biting. We cannot stop a drunkard from blabbering. We cannot shut the mouth of this world, but can shut our own ears without listening to them. It’s simple, right?

Shut your Mouth

Shut your mouth, and that is the best action one can do at most times. Instead of arguing with a fool, it is good to keep the mouth shut. There is a saying that by arguing with a fool, you are signing up freely in his club of fools. Keep distance and be wise.

Shut your Wallet

In this bad economy, it is always good to think twice before spending. All those luxuries things of this world will wait. But by spending lavishly today, you should not left in a desert, without possible of getting even essentials

Shut your Work

Shut your work for some time, if you are a workaholic to find what you are losing because of that. Just making money alone will not give value to your life. Take a break and enjoy your life.
