Discipline is the key to success and waking up early from bed is important as well. Waking up early from bed gives you that extra time to think and work over your personal development and also has several other health benefits.
If you stick to your bed too long than required you are wasting your time everyday and over years this time will add up to several weeks, months or even a year. We are not sure about our existence on earth and our age but surely we can cultivate a habit of waking up early to make full use of this precious time. But waking up early too is a problem or sometimes a battle with your bed that may be frustrating even to find that you have been defeated on several occasions.
- Arrange all the items and accessories required when you wake up in the morning and start your morning exercise, meditation or work.
- Make sure that you sleep enough or sleep early enough to get you up in the morning with freshness and not a heavy head.
- Listen to some good music in early morning that will tune your mind and heart and help you kick start your day.
- You may even ask your friends or family member who wakes up early to wake you up for few initial days till you develop it as a habit.
You can make use of your cell phones, alarm watch etc. as multi-equipments to make you alert and get you out of bed.
