Five Ways to Let Out Your Anger and Sadness
Five ways to deal with anger and sadness.
When your mad, don’t you just want to let out your rage but don’t know how? Well, here are 5 ways to let it all out. If your mad and you don’t do anything about, your blood pressure rises, which is bad for your health.
- Crying. When you cry, you let out all the anger and hate your feeling. I recommend this the most.
- Write an anger letter. Its the old letter trick. Write a letter of the person that got you mad, when finished throw it away, it always works.
- Scream into a pillow. When you scream into a pillow, its better than yelling out loud because it is practically silent and has the same effect.
- Punching something. This might be a little weird, but punching something, like a pillow, really lets out your rage.
- Stomp on the floor rapidly. Again, it might be a little weird but when you stomp the floor you feel much better.

Another thing, if you get mad publicly, suck it up, go home, and do one of the 5 ways to let it out.
Don’t be like this man, who is yelling at the woman.
If you follow these ways, you can get passed any type of anger or sadness.
