Five Ways to Relax

If you are stressed,obsessed or mad at something, and you feel that you need to relax, this is going to help you.

  1. Take a deep breath and release slowly.Repeat it.
  2. Tighten(squeeze/ stretch) each and every body part that you and and then release them slowly.this will help your blood flow to increase.Repeat it.
  3. Lie back and think of something beautiful or something that pleases you.
  4. Lie down and fix your eyes on a particular spot(imaginary or real).Think that your muscles and nerves getting loose and relaxed starting from a particular part of your body.gradually cover the whole body.
  5. Sing your favourite song in a silent place.

You can use combinations of these.
