Five Ways to Relax
If you are stressed,obsessed or mad at something, and you feel that you need to relax, this is going to help you.
- Take a deep breath and release slowly.Repeat it.
- Tighten(squeeze/ stretch) each and every body part that you and and then release them slowly.this will help your blood flow to increase.Repeat it.
- Lie back and think of something beautiful or something that pleases you.
- Lie down and fix your eyes on a particular spot(imaginary or real).Think that your muscles and nerves getting loose and relaxed starting from a particular part of your body.gradually cover the whole body.
- Sing your favourite song in a silent place.
You can use combinations of these.
