Getting Yourself Back on Track: A Practical Approach

How to give a new meaning to your life that was long lost.

Well that was way too back in the past when you were 4 to 15 years old. You are not compelled to think whatever guidelines i am providing you to think on, you can also scan your good old memories like time spent with your kindergarten friends or your first step(only if you remember the details) or that first tree house your parents built for you. What i mean to say is, think what you can think about, but make sure they are good things that made you happy. Now lets go a little bit further. What about high-school, what about making into the school baseball team and the adrenaline rush that made you feel that baseball was your life and the crowd cheers that made you feel on top of this world. Are you playing baseball or any game you used to like before? Playing games gives you a feeling of competency and compels you to think like a winner.Teaches you to make strategies as in real life. Teaches you to handle pressure and to keep your calm in tough times. And above all charges you up for the busy and demanding day ahead. Let it be a board game. Jump right back to it. Even if you are Bill Gates you can give at least 15 minutes to that good old game that made you excited. So the conclusion is clear. Scan your past. Write down about the things that made you feel happy and excited and start doing it again. To give you that feeling of  ” THE WORLD IS SO BEAUTIFUL” type not that “THE WORLD IS SO FULL OF BLACK AND WHITE COWS” type of feeling.

And you would be thinking that “How does that make me a winner?”. Then let me give you some of the thoughtful matter to think about. Failure is in the mind of the person, a person can never fail if he doesn’t know the meaning of failure or doesn’t let it come across his mind. A charged up mind comes from those activities that makes you feel recreated and ready for any challenge any time. A happy and calm mind can handle situations more intelligently than a dull and turbulent mind. So these activities are something that give you a good feeling about life just like a catalyst to continue living. Just like a rechargeable battery gets charged and delivers power, these activities charge up your mind to unleash that untapped powerhouse inside you.

For all my readers i must say “Try it to believe it”.
