Some great ideas here, Brenda – especially sponsoring a child. I did so years ago and he used to write to us and send us drawings of his dinner and other random stuff. I think most of us can afford to sponsor a child – think of the difference it would make if we did.

I love them all. For years I have donated to charities in people’s names it is a great way to let them know you are thinking about them and still not give them things they don’t need or want.
