Growing a Better Brain: Follow These Three Rules
Being your only limitation, your brain plays the most important role in your life. It is the organ responsible for emotion, learning and in some cases – death. Learn how to get your brain to a whole new higher level with proven steps.
1. Exercise your brain to its limit. Your brain has only power in potential, yet to be unleashed with brain exercise. The brain has the neurons but the power comes from neurons communicating with each other. To make the right connections for this communication, the brain needs to get input, only then will know which connections are important and which ones to remove. I am one of the best players of strategy games, beating all games in the hardest mode and several great players online. My intelligence came not from nowhere but from the frustration of not being smart and the desire to get smart.
2.Feed your brain, your body will not run very far without water, vitamins and all other nutrients, nor will the brain. As soon as lack of water and lack of sugar kicks in, your brain abilities start to lose their power and precision. You are slower to react, slower to make decisions, you just become dumber. A good diet never has all the necessary vitamins to make the brain work at its best so after stopping reading this article to to the nearest pharmacy and get a big pack to take one every day.
3. Now that your brain is working in full it is very important to deal with the right side of the brain. Do not get me wrong, the right side is not smart at thinking, but it is very smart at resting. When you put a nice music playing – I love medieval church chants – the brain will somehow turn itself into deep resting mode, when you wake up you feel reborn.
A better brain is a lifetime long process, do no expect to be ultra smart by noon or tomorrow morning, instead keep this article in your bookmarks and return here from time to time to remember what to do about your brain. It is so simple. Knowing is not important unless you are doing something with what you learned.
