Happy Fix detox for the male who are just getting out of a relationship
- Getting lost in latest Science fiction book or project, DVD
- Playing with newest computer game or game-boy or Wii
- Always a favorite if you can take off is take a weekend trip somewhere to the mountains, the shore, sports, canoeing, fishing, boating, sailing or triathlon
- Do charity by fixing house for Habitat for Humanity or projects for senior citizens. Become a big brother and help a young teenage male to understand teenage life and getting into college.
- Listen to Happy Music… not soft or romantic music or something you are not used to. Pick another type of music if like classical with old girlfriend try hard rock etc…
- Sign up for work shops or join YMCA, Karate, Kickboxing, rowing
- Call a buddy you have not talked to in a while. Tell them how much you appreciate and thank them for being your life.
Hopefully with these steps over time and with repeating these steps it help you focus on you and not your past and fined a Happy Place within yourself.
