Have an Away Day and Feel a Little Better

Tips for avoiding the economic gloom.

There is now no doubt, that in the current climate so many of us are feeling worried, concerned or even depressed.

The current climate is affecting people like you and me all around the world.

Logging on to a favourite website, like the BBC or switching on TV, picking up a newspaper or listening to the radio brings headlines like “largest quarterly loss in corporate history” or “global stock markets tumbles” it goes on and on “Global marketplaces feel the downturn” and even “Is the US heading for a depression?

 

So what can you do?

How can you try and reduce the impact that this tsunami of doom and gloom is having.

Well try the following experiment and I guarantee you certainly won’t feel any worse; in all likelihood you’ll feel a bit better.

Pick a day and isolate yourself from ALL NEWS MEDIA, plan the night before that your alarm does not play the news at 7.30 AM, if you can awaken to pleasant CD, on your drive to work, listen to your favourite most inspiring tracks.

Steal yourself from logging onto your usual news sites and blogs and of course don’t buy a newspaper, in the evening, make sure you have some favourite DVD’s to watch or go out to a movie, try and isolate yourself from this disease of media negativity.

If it were a real disease you would avoid contact with the carriers at all costs, well this disease is sentiment designed to worry you and stress you out so give it a swerve.

And after one day …perhaps you’ll be able to go a week GOOD LUCK
