Having a Nice Day?

Sometimes its just hard for us to be happy for a reason that we are dealing a certain problem. We wanted to have a nice and complete day but in our mind we are dealing with something else. Can we really have a nice day?

A Simple Word

Have a nice day! does this little send-off bother you? in a fast food restaurant, stores and banks end each transaction with this tired line. Does it give you a little comfort? I know it’s an attempt to give customer a pleasant word but theres something that does not fit so right.

Its not Easy to be Happy

We are facing a major problem and we can’t have a nice day just because someone tells us to. Its like telling a person who just lost his job ” relax, that’s not the only job in town” or telling a depressed person to be happy because everything happens for a reason. having a nice day takes more than a lot of effort. Its not easy to be cheerful and happy for just one click.

How to Work It

There are something we need to do for us to really have a nice day:

  • Ask yourself if being sad can give you a hint of finding solution to your problem. If the answer is no… then
  • Close your eyes and let a peaceful moment run in you for a minute
  • Remember to thank God first before you ask something that you want to happen
  • Remember the suffering of Jesus Christ who redeem us from our sin before your heart can start blaming God because of your problem.
  • After praying, stay calm for a while, seek your conscience for guidance and thank God for clearing up your mind.
  • Stand-up and back-up that small piece of positive thoughts you have gained by looking back at the brighter moments of your life.
  • Try to remember the problem that once you already have, try to remember what have you done to solve it then you will know again that it’s not that hard to find solution, you will just be needing a different tricks this time.

Being Positive

Learn to accept new direction, keep your mind healthy by storing positive thoughts and open yourself to a new day It will help you accept changes and consequences from your problem you have right now. Challenge yourself to be happy in spite of your condition, you will feel the triumph when you were be able to do it.

Avoid Worrying

Worrying can add more stress to the problem, it will disable us to use the full potential of our strength which we need to be able to cope with a difficult situation. This state of mind cannot help us, it will just add to the pressure that we already have.

If we could learn to surrender our all to GOD, if we could accept challenges as part of our everyday life, If we will be positive enough and if we give ourselves a break from worrying, then we will be able to learn that it’s no longer that hard having a nice day.
