How I Relieve Stress
These are a few ways I relieve stress, these ways may differ for you since no one is the same.
Thanks for reading, I would like to start off by saying this is only a way as to how I relieve stress, this may not work for you since no one is alike.
The first way I relieve stress is by laying down, h it be on the couch, in bed, on the floor, anywhere, and laying completely still. I keep still as long as I possibly can and count with the clock’s ticks and count the minutes.
Another thing I do is blast some heavy metal and go nuts to that, I know this is a bit odd, but hey, for me it works, when I am most stressed I find the heaviest music I can find and turn the stereo up not quite full blast and head bang to that rapidly, then when I am finished I turn down the stereo and drop straight to the floor and lay there steadily.
If none of the rest works, I will just try to sleep, for me, when I sleep, I usually wake up in a happy mood. I still wonder if anyone else has this happen to them, but it happens with me. And sometimes I put calming music in my ears to at least be able to relax, music like, reggae and soft rock, sometimes other music, but those are the main types.
Fourth, a punching bag, if you don’t have one I highly recommend it as it can be most effective for relieving stress, all you gotta do is get the boxing gloves (I believe they come with the punching bag) and go all out on the punching bag. If you break the bag, you know it’s working!
These are only a few things that can work and I hope you enjoy reading, although it’s not a lot of help, mainly for kids who have stress problems, but it can work for adults as well.
