How Long Can You Stay Doing Nothing?

Some people seem to enjoy being unemployed forever – others just enjoy doing nothing in their free time. What about you?

We need to stay active all the time to live a good life. The moment we start slowing down or when we stop, our lives will go down considerably in quality.

Your body needs constant movement to keep it’s health. Your heart and lungs need some extreme workouts from time to time to maintain peak condition.

Your brain needs physical exercise to have more blood and to get good chemicals that are released only when you exercise.

Now how long can you stay without being active? I am sure you will not stay long. Maybe one week?

If you are unemployed here are some good ideas to keep yourself active:

  1. Start a new online activity. Join an article directory and say what you have to say. Start a new blog and share your activities, hobbies and passion with the world.
  2. Start an online business. If you have some stuff at home you want to sell, eBay is the best place to get started. Open an account, make a name for yourself and then just sell. Once you are done with eBay, open an account on Triond and write for money. Once you are done with Triond try some outdoor activity.
  3. Start practicing competition sport. It’s easy to get demotivated when you are practicing just for fun. Why don’t you join a local group and start competing against the best? Exercise is great for your body, mind, health, overall image… the benefits last almost one entire year even after you stop.
  4. Finally you’d better start using Google. It’s proven that people that use Google are smarter and their brains are more active than those who just read some books.
