How to Boost Your Self Esteem
Your attitude on somebody can have a huge effect. When you keep looking down on somebody, this person might feel bad about it. Here some situations that can kill people’s self esteem.
First thing to keep in mind is that nobody is perfect: not even you. We all make mistakes, but some just bleed harder for them.
The people that cause most harm in case of a low self esteem person, are those around, especially those close.
Many parents might mean well, but might have too high expectations of their children and a very negative attitude when children are not living up to their standards.
When parents feel that their kids are failures, they will feel that way and the negative spiral begins. Blaming people with low self esteem that they have low self esteem, is just something that will not work.
Many people with low self esteem are being bullied, bashed or whatever to keep them down. They might become demotivated and end up depressed, suicidal or mentally ill.
A lot of mental illnesses are caused by others. Society is cruel and does not like people with problems. Ban them and bash them, but do not solve the problem.
That is what society today is about: keeping up appearance. Many do not like to see others happy. We feast on the misery of others.
Charity is big business.
So for people with low self esteem, any defect or any weakness, will be used to break them.
A positive attitude and a helping hand to a person in trouble, might do wonder. But unfortunately many today are too busy with themselves to care about others and dump friends that need them.
Low self esteem is the worst thing you can have. Keep in mind nobody is perfect and stop caring about people who bash you down.
It is easier said than done, but accepting yourself is the only thing you can do, even if others do not accept you.
Become like others: dump emotions. Care only about yourself. Do not help others, just help yourself.
Consider yourself a worse and even meaner shark than the people who keep you down. Be on top of them and proof them wrong.
You will feel a lot better that way and when you feel better, try to look at others that are down and help them out. Lock out those who hurt you and help those who need you.
This is the only way you can change to world and create a positive self esteem.
