There are millions of us in United States suffering from depression for unknown reasons.
We turn to families, friends, doctors, therapists, medications.
When we try to deal with this in our own way,we endure another suffering, many of us turn to street drugs, alcohol, sex and other things just so we don’t have to worry or so we think.
I come to find that running from our problems instead of confronting them head on can help balance out our lives.
No matter what we have faced in our lives, any situation can be over turned.
When we are going through lives challenges we feel depressed,when things aren’t going right we feel depressed.
Depression is a sickness but also can be minimized, by following these steps
When faced with overwhelming situations, take it slow and see how you can fix the problem
Don’t stress on the things you can not fix.
Always take a day out for yourself and focus on just you. Try and stay positive rather the situation is good or bad.Conquer your depression
