How to Deal with Mental Bullying
In most cases it would be mostly girls. But without dealing with the mental side of bullying, can be as bad as the physical side of bullying so knowing how to deal with this, could either put a stop to this or making yourself notice why they do this.
How to deal with the mental side of bullying. Just say for example, you have broken up with a friend. They could accept that the friendship is over, but instead they want to tease, talk about you. hate you, laugh about you and much much more. These are signs of mental bullying but why do they do this?
They always want you to notice that they are talking about you or laughing about you but what you should be doing is ignoring them. Whilst your at home think about why they could be doing this because there could be various reasons. Jelousy, envy, they dont want to accept that the friendship is over, and many more resons.
- Even read a book about conflict and spiritual or mental books.
- Talk your parents about it.
If they are planning on starting on you soon in the week, be prepared and dont hold back this is the time to express your feelings but dont include the emotional side of your feelings.
Saying things like ”you have been trying to bully me for the past so and so days but it didnt get to me (even if it did get to you becuase it definitly can some times)
because we all know its (e.g) jelousy and envy and insucurities” is ok to say but things like ” you have been bullying me making me upset and I try to ignore but its hard” are the things you shouldn’t say.
If they ask for your forgiveness then it is totally up to you but keep in mind at all times what they did to you. Im not telling you to hold a grudge but just remember.
