hello everyone today story about ways to deal with stress so many people live with some type of stress everyday,people have stress for many different reasons it could be home,work ,kids,money,or other personal things that they may be dealing with,but there are ways to deal with stress some people talk medication,some go for walks,some even go for walks,one of the best ways is to find an quiet place and count backwards from 100 ,and another way is to sometimes go to see a counselor,stress sometimes have been know to cause some people to hurt themselves. before you get to the point if you don’t want to see a counselor,find someone to talk to a good friend,I lost a couple of friends over the years because of the stress they had in their life’s,why because they didn’t feel like to could talk to anyone about what they were going threw.for anyone who has trouble dealing with stress .please go talk to someone even if its a doctor,counselor ,or friend as long as you talk to someone okay. by penny42
