How to Fall Asleep in Under Five Minutes
I will tell you how to fall asleep quickly while in bed.
So you just got in bed, now what? Wait till you fall asleep in an hour or two? NO! Here are some really good ways to fall asleep really fast while in bed: Think of how your day went and think of what is to come tomorrow, think of a good time you had before like riding on an ATV or at a carnival, pretend your at your job or school and think of the stuff your encounter like viruses on a computer or annoying people, how would you deal with them? What would you do about the viruses? Pretend your teaching someone something like a math lesson or history. What about anything you did? Any big projects you wrote or built, think about how you could have done it a different way.
Now that you got that covered, there are some things you want to do during your day or before you go to bed such as: exercise before going to bed or in your day, go for a jog in the morning or night, do some sit-ups and push-ups on the floor beside your bed so your tired (be careful though because if your hot and sweaty your will have troubles falling asleep). Basically anything you can do during the day to get you pooped out for the night.
So you get exercise and methods down, now you want to know the perfect temperature. What I like is a bit cold in my quilt so I move around a lot to avoid my body heat making the quilt warm. You can always do the all in classic flipping the pillow to the colder side which i do sometimes, but your not me. So I can’t tell you what you like, you need to figure out what you like. Just ask your self this: Do you sleep with 2 or 1 blanket(s)? Do you like to have a fan running while you sleep? Is your window open? So if you sleep with one blanket your usually cold or Luke warm right? right.
So now to the noise. If its noisy where you live (near an intersection or hill) you might want to try ear plugs your get your room sound proofed. Or even better, move to another room/house to get rid of the noise all together, but that’s not always an option so i would use ear plugs. But it could be dangerous cause you wouldn’t be able to here a bugler enter your house. So I would suggest to get used to the noise or move rooms/homes.
That’s it! I hope you get a couple more hours of rest during your sleep and remember; Don’t let the bed bugs bite!
