4. Breathe In, Breathe Out
Breathing slowly, in and out deeply, can help you relax and really get your mind on track.
5. Go Outside
Being outdoors can actually lower your heart rate which may help you grasp your issues more firmly, thus making it easier to find a solution.
As you can see, feeling good, even on the worsts of days doesn’t involve a vacation (although it wouldn’t hurt). Seemingly insignificant daily activities can help you calm down, pull it together, and nonetheless feel great.
