How to Feel Good

When you go to the grocery store help an elderly person put there groceries in their car. Or hold the door for them. Do about five or ten things that you like to do or that make you happy. Call your mother or father. Just see how they are doing. Call or visit with your grandparents & take them somewhere if you can. Go out side and just breath deep breaths of fresh air for as long as you can. While getting your fresh air try to not think of anything but relax. Even if you have to chant it to your self. Relax,relax,relax. Watch some comedy. Write down all the funny things that you can remember. Take a walk and give out smiles to everyone you look at . They are contagious most people will smile back at you. Think happy thoughts. Say nice things all day long. Pretend you are rich as Bill Gates.Give everyone you can a hug. Hold a baby.
