But please, allow me to explain.

This is NOT a pitch for a ‘self-help’ guide. This is NOT a pitch for one of those internet dating services you see on late night television or one of those disgusting ‘976’ numbers you might read in the paper that charge you five dollars a minute. It’s not even a pitch for a workshop, an irresistible love potion, or a psychic astrological-past life love chart.

This isn’t a quick-fix overnight solution like teeth whitening gel.

So just what the heck is this a pitch for?

Quite simply, dear reader, this is a pitch for ME!

OK. Hold on. Allow me ANOTHER minute to explain.

I’m a person who’s gone to the absurd extreme of pulling this crazy stunt because I very much want to hear what you have to say. I want to make this post a depository of everyone’s hopes and dreams out there, a kind-of Triond social experiment. At the bottom of this post, like all posts, is the comments section. It is hear where I want to learn what you’re passionate about, what drives you to keep going in life, your hopes, your dreams, your successes, your failures. It is here that I want to bring people together in unity and discover what gives you purpose in life. There’s so much hate and anger out in the world already. I want this post to be a beacon of hope for those that might feel despressed at times, or for those who for whatever reason might find themselves one day wallowing in a pit of despair.

Let me ask you this. Would you not have responded to this post if you weren’t the least bit curious about what I had to say?

I KNOW you are out there, somewhere. But I’ve recently realized that I would have to do something DRASTIC to get your attention.
