Tips to get a sexy figure:-

  1. Do not eat junk food and avoid soft drinks.
  2. Have your meals on time and never miss them.
  3. Exercise at least 45 minutes every day in the morning to get a sexy figure.
  4. Eat only when you are hungry,do not eat just to accompany some one it affects your body.
  5. Avoid Soda, Candy, refined sugar, any thing artificial.
  6. Dance daily or atleast 4 times a week, it helps to improve your body shape.
  7. Drink plenty of water.
  8. Exercises such as jogging or bicycle for approx 30-45 minutes helps you to achieve your goal.
  9. You have to eat protein bar or granola bar etc in the lunch time.
  10. Eat Foods That Control Your Appetite to get a sexy figure.
  11. Also get Enough Sleep.
  12. Have 6 short meals in place on 3 large ones.

   These tips helps you to get a very sexy figure.
