How to Handle a Bad Day

Everyone has bad days. Here’s how you can make the most of them.

Having a bad day is terrible. I know how it feels because sometimes when I am making great plans to my future I suddenly have a bad day and I start to wonder if I will succeed or fail.

A bad day can turn you down like nothing else can. Everything goes wrong. First you slip when you get up and you hurt your knee. Then you don’t have shampoo to wash your head. Then you don’t have cereals and this is just the beginning.

How to live such day? First get ready for the worst ALL the time. You never know when you will have to experience the worst in your life and sometimes it comes in the best situation. Get ready for it all the times.

Don’t bother. Today will be soon gone and long gone. Tomorrow will be a brand new day full of opportunities and I am sure you will feel so much better.

Have always a plan B. If things go wrong like they frequently do you have always a backup plan.

Don’t worry and don’t stress, it’s bad for your heart and you have no idea how! Never get mad at something!

The things worth your tears never make you cry!!

The same is true for people!

I never have bad days, just the mornings. Mornings when the old eyesight is blurry, the lungs cough/wheeze/whine, and me hooter runs like a tap – morning sinus! Come midday the old body does start to respond, albeit slowly at first. By mid-afternoon I’m feeling very good and everything’s going just fine. By teatime I could run the world – but for a trick knee. I’ve never had a plan to combat a bad day, my crazy sense of humour sees me through. Well, until senile dementia says hello …

Yeah, I agree there are bad days set by some prejudices. Sometimes we are pessimistic about things although those things may not really be bad. It’s good to have a plan B or C if things do not work well.

Your train of thought is so like mine. I love the way you think and how you resolve. For me bad days are hard to come by for I don’t think of it as something bad just an experience. I learn from it and move on. But I am only human and when bad days do happen at times I can not control I think of the Rottweiler.

Without bad days life would be boring and nothing learned. My opinion only not everyone agrees. Bertie
