1. Stress: It has been proved that stress reduces the lifetime. A normal men is stressed once a day. This is a bad thing. To live a 5 years longer life, you need to reduce stress by once a week. You’ll enjoy the life even more when you would be every day.

You can do the next exercise: Once a week, go in the backyard thing about all things that stressed you. Strain all your mussels and remain like this for a minute. Release your mussels and shout as loud as you can. If you still feel stress, try again.

2. Cigarettes: One cigarette can reduce the lifetime by one day. You can try to cancel smoking. It affects the body and the lifetime very much.

3. Alcohol: Alcohol can reduce lifetime by 30 minutes a glass.
