How to Have Dreams When You Feel Like It

Ever wondered if there was a way to make yourself have a dream. Well, this may be it.

Many people have dreams often, some barely have dreams at all. I found a way (that works for me) for people to have dreams. First of all, you have to empty your mind by sitting in your bed and exhaling slowly, letting all your thoughts drift away. This lets all the negative energy out of your body so you will be more unlikely to have bad dreams/nightmares. It usually works better if your room is warm and you are comfortable. Then the last thing is to uncover your feet before you go to sleep. You don’t have to take all the covers off your feet, just enough for there to be a slight noticeable difference in temperature. I’m not entirely sure why this works.

It may be because our feet are somehow linked to an alternate dimension or if our brains become active in areas if our body temperature is different in two or more places. If it doesn’t work for you, try different areas of the body to uncover, because it may be different for some other people. Remember … Dreams have no limits. They tell us what the future holds, the mistakes of the past, and what the present will contain. But it is the dreams within the dreams that have yet to be seen.
