How to Improve Your Memory

Cant remember dates,names, or why you even walked somewhere? well read my article.

Hello, can you remember things like, when to pick up the dry clean, wake up at 6:30 tommrow morning, and etc. Well Follow my guide and it will help effectively. Read the requirements below to start.

You Will Need: Puzzle Game, Grape Juice, Dried or Fresh rosemary or sage, Aerobic exercise, Cat naps, a relaxation technique, an active social life, and blueberries.

Step 1: Play Crosswords, Sudoku, Puzzles and similar games that stimulate the mind, helping the brain improve mental ability.

Step 2: Drink Purple Grape Juice, not white. Researches study that drinking 8 ounces of grape juice a day improves memory by 20%.

Step 3: Wear a rosemary or sage in your hair. It helps by stimulating the brains memory center. People even wear these on test days.

Step 4: Doing plenty of physical activity per day is good for your brain. Physical activity rushes oxygen to your brain and builds new cells linked to your memory.

Step 5: If you have the time, Take naps. Research shows that if you take catnaps retains twice the information you learned that day then people who don’t.

Step 6: Destress yourself by yoga, meditation, or breathing. When you are stressed the brain activates something in your body that impairs short term memory.

Step 7: Being social. Research says that people who socialize do way better on memory tests since participating in conversations since it exercise the brains.

Step 8: Have a handful of blueberries each day. Blueberries contain a chemical that dramitcally improves memory.

Step 9: Moving your eyes from side to side every morning can improve your memory by 10%. How? It gets two sides of the brains working in harmony.
