Let me clear that what is concentration “Concentration is taking your mind off many things and putting it on one thing at a time.”
- Try to concentrate in a quiet environment.
- Drink a glass of water before concentrate.
- Start taking deep breaths while staring.
- Placed a watch there for watching time.
- There must be a pencil in your hand while studying.
- Try to count backwards in your mind from 100 before study to increase your concentration.
- Rather than worrying on many matters, prioritize tasks and do only those that are needed.
- Hold a piece of fruit in your hand and try to picture the fruit in your mind.
- Cupping your hands around your eyes may help you to increase your concentration.
- You need to take a break after 2 hours.
- Exercise your mind by doing activities such as drawing etc.
- Don’t watch t.v or don’t even place mobile near by you.
