How to Keep a Happy Upbeat Attitude All Day and Enjoy Every Moment of It

Achieve perfect serenity by taking time out every day. Discover that the more you please yourself, the more you please others around you. You are unique: take the powerful destiny of your immortal timeless soul in hand today. Never look back.

Could it really be possible? Well, let us aim for an 85% success rate to begin with, and then you can gradually work on improving yourself from there on, ok?!

So what is the first step? Amazingly, I want to suggest that the main reason you feel frustrated, anxious or angry in any one day, is because you lack absolute self confidence in yourself! What do I mean by that? You haven’t really taken the time to spend time alone with yourself and notice how absolutely wonderful you are! Seriously!

Now the easiest and best time in a day to be alone with yourself is to take a half hour bath. Because you can shut the door on the outside world, shut everyone and all your cares out, and be alone with your naked self, enjoying a little serenity and peace. As you shut the door, be aware you are shutting the world and its immediate pressing problems out, and you are shutting the immortal, timeless you who will in some state exist forever, in!

Dwell on this concept! As you become more in tune with the immortal timeless you, you will become ever more serene, balanced, carefree and fabulously happy! It really is true because it has happened for me and I am 36 years. Pamper yourself in this special magic half hour: experiment with fragrances, oils, incense, lighting, a pillow, reading or listening to music, but best of all, breathe deep, lie back, wiggle your toes and relax bigtime! Let your skin go all wrinkly!

Behold, I am wonderfully and fearfully made!

I want you to hold that statement ever in your front of mind and to dwell on the truth of those words in this special time of cleansing and peace. Because truly you are cleansing your soul, not just your body! And a clean soul soars to heaven, untroubled by temporal affairs! So you lead this heavenwards life here on earth daily! As you make a rigid habit of setting aside and enjoying this special “Me Time” you will notice week by week it takes longer and longer before you feel grumpy and battered by woe!

Keep completely serene 24 hours and you’ve done it! Of course, ideally you should aim to enjoy this special time just twelve hours apart, say at 7am morning and 7pm evening for the very best effect possible. The putting off of the day self and on with the night self and vice versa! You deserve to take time over yourself! Because, believe it or not, and I have found this to be absolutely true: the more time you give yourself, the better quality the time you give others! Think about this!
