6) Do what you love is one of the greatest satisfactions one can have, try to find out your passion and then find anyone who will pay you for that passion. It’s said that do what you love or love what you do, if you don’t have the privilege to do what you love start loving what you do.
7) Finding your purpose in life is not an easy process, but it’s a very important one. Its pretty similar to doing what you love but with a purpose first find out your passion and then find out what is your purpose in life, why are you here on this planet. The purpose should always be greater than yourself.
8) Entertainment on a regular basis should be part of your routine, but that should be healthy as well, like meeting friends and family, dining out, playing sports etc.
9) Work out gets your body fit and if your body is fit and you have reduced enough fat, then stress won’t come near you. Try to do aerobic exercises and exercises that make you sweat.
10) Having a fast friend is one of the blessings of life, a friend with whom you can share anything it could be your life partner as well. Friends are your best help in times of stress; they not only listen to your problems but also suggest appropriate solutions because they know you.
