How to Manage Your Stress

There are countless way and technique to deal with stress according to the Department of Health’s National Mental Health Program.They give suggestions that you can choose from on how to manage the daily stress that come in your life.

There are about five important ways on how to deal stress and those are:

  • Self Awareness- When you say self awareness,it means knowing yourself of getting in touch with your feelings or being open to your experience to help you get away to stress.Always remember to respect yourself and your responsible for all the actions you take.
  • Sports-  Sports and games are skills which involve the participation of another person or a group of people,competing for a common goal.Stress motivates you to do your best and provides the challenges you need to improve physically,mentally and emotionally.Sports has been identified as one of the ways  of managing and preventing stress.It has affects  an health muscular and blood circulation.
  • Smile- It has been observed that people who always smile are healthy individuals.A smile is an expression of pleasing,amusement affection and happiness.When you smile,muscles are relaxes because 15 muscles are working but when frown,the muscles are tense because 65 muscles are affected.It has been approved through the research that smiling relieves all kinds of stresses,physically or mental.
  • Socials- A person is a social being who exists in relationships with his physical environment and in relationship with the people and the society.Socialization plays a very important role in the development of interpersonal relationships.Through socialization,Life becomes meaningful.happy and worthy.On the contrary,without socialization life is boring and empty.Focus on enjoying people,not on indulging in or accumulating material things.Give people more that they expect and do it cheerfully.Dance is a form of social activity that express gestures and releases tension through rhythmic movement.
  • Sound and Songs -Music plays an important part in the everyday life of every citizen.It provides a medium of expression of thoughts and emotions.It is through music that a person expresses his/her feelings.moods,happiness,frustrations and sorrows.It is also the best means to relieve tension,stress,fears,and anger.Music is believed to have tremendous moral and social forces,arousing a person into action and giving them awareness of the world of peace and beauty.Sounds encourage fullfilment and meaningfulness to the listener.Songs are the most natural form of music.
