How to Never Get Nervous Again

We all get nervous, but you don’t have to stay nervous. Check out this to find out how.

We all get nervous from time to time. Whether it is competing in a competition, getting a report card, or even talking to a person you like. We are all human, so you will get nervous. But These tips will help your nervousness and even prevent it.

Always before, or while you get nervous, take deep breaths. Take very deep, slow, steady, calm breaths. This will help relax you and keep your mind off what is making you nervous.

Always believe in the positive outcome. Never think about the bad things that can happen, only the positive. There is almost no way you will fail, or get nervous, if you believe that you can do it.

Remember to completely concentrate on what you are doing. You will forget about other people being there, keeping your from getting nervous. This will also help you in exceeding in your task.

Practice what you will say or do before you actually do it. If you do it many times, then it will become second nature, just like breathing. So you will not believe that you will mess up.

This may sound weird, but eat two bananas about an hour before you do what you want to do. There is actually a nutrient called omega 3 (or some other number) in bananas, that prevents adrenaline from being released. For those of you who don’t get this, preventing adrenaline will prevent you from getting overly “hyped”, thus preventing you from getting nervous.

Follow these guidelines, and you may never get nervous again.
