How to Overcome Your Fear: An Easy Method to Conquer Your Fear

Everyone has fear inside of them, and there are many ways to control them. In this article are some of the easy methods to control your fear.

3.       For fear that is hard to be forgotten, try ‘talking’ again:  “it’s the past, I can’t change the past, but I can change the future. Then you tell yourself “Either I keep being afraid, or move on and forget about it and learn from it”. I would really prefer you to choose the second option; just joking! Do you want to know why ‘talking’ works? I would explain that later on.

These three are the best ones I came up with, and I told my friends about it and it changed their decisions and strategies when overcoming their fear. I hope that this little guide has helped whoever needs help with fear management. I am not a professional psychologist, but I experienced all fears of the above and these methods helped me control them. Oh yeah, I forgot I promised to explain about the ‘talking’ thing. Talking to your own mind is a way to tell your brain to do special orders to your organs. Try not to include negative words such as not or no like that, because in a way it will not work. This has something to do with your subconscious mind. Read the book called ‘The Secret’ to find out more about ‘talking’.
