How to Raise Your IQ
IQ is generally used nowadays to measure intelligence. Some employers even require their employees to submit their IQ results. There are a few ways to raise your IQ quite quickly, simply by changing some things in your life.
The brain is a very complex organ, millions of neurons sending impulses throughout it. The IQ unit is used to measure the way impulses travel through your brain. It tests your intelligence in the fields of memory, logic and of course imagination. People with a high IQ are generally better at problem solving, and are simply smarter. Though most of your IQ is formed in your youth, it is still not too late. Here are a few simple ways, of raising your IQ, just by changing everyday things in your life.
First, there is the diet. Your brain requires special nutrients if it is to grow. Fish oil, olive oil, peanut butter and other unsaturated fats are great for your brain. Try to avoid sugar. Ginko Biloba is very good for strengthening your memory, and so is vitamin B. A good diet can raise your IQ by about 3 points.
Another thing that can help your IQ increase is sport. Though I understand if people dislike sport, it increases the blood flow into your brain, thus making it more effective. And, only 15 minutes of sport a day for six months are enough to raise your IQ by 5 points.
IQ can be raised dramatically, by just connecting parts of the brain, that were not used before. So, if you do things you dont normally do, you train other parts of your brain (like exercising different muscles). For example learning a language, or how to play an instrument boosts your IQ. Other methods can be learning to write with your other hand, or if you already can, writing with both hands at once.
Obviously, solving logical puzzles, for example sudoku, can help to raise your IQ as well. Students can train a lot by studying and practising their mathematics, as they help in all three of the IQ fields.
This concludes my lecture on how to raise your IQ. I ope that this will help everyone achieve their dreams. Human history is full of people who boosted their IQ to the level of geniality, eg. Albert Einstein. There are many reasons, as to why increase your IQ, but I shall talk about those later.
