How to Relieve Stress

These are just things that I do to relieve stress from everyday life.

These are some tips and suggestions on how to relieve stress. These are all practical ways to deal with stress in the workplace or at home.

  1. Buy a squeezeball. It’s a very cheap and easy way to get out all of your frustration. It seems like it wouldn’t work, but it is in fact, very relaxing. You can fit it in your pocket, so it can be used anywhere, and you can do pretty much whatever to the ball without breaking it, since it’s designed for abuse. One of the most relaxing ways to use the ball I find; is to simply toss it around, or bounce it. You will lose yourself in it, and forget about your problems.
  2. Get a slinky. Slinkies are just fun to use, and it always calms me down to bounce one around in your hands to get some energy out.
  3. Going for a run or a walk will get you fresh air and exercise, and give you some alone time to revel on your life.
