Some of us find life dull, the boss irritating and each new day lacking in challenge. Psychologists agree that these responses usually stem from a person’s being in the wrong job- a square peg in a round hole. Fortunately, it is never too late, nor is it impossible to launch into something new.
The world is filled with examples – the man who was a failure as a rancher sold his property, went to’ college and became a successful surgeon; the wife and mother who hated to cook hired a housekeeper and made money writing about housekeeping short-cuts,
This test, devised by Jane Sherrod Singer, M.A., Psychology and Education, will give you some clues about your aptitudes. Mark the choice nearest your own. Then, follow the instructions and the diagram given for your aptitude inventory.
1. Given the choice, I would prefer to:

c. Potter around the house or yard.

Interesting article, for myself I think ones attitude to the job in hand and the people you work with has a bearing on weather one should change jobs or not, may be just an attitude change will do. Thanks for the article Hettie

This is an interesting quiz and it was fun to do. I knew I had been in the wrong kind of work and this confirmed it. Also, when people guess at what I may have been they often think I was a teacher and that was where this quiz put me. How about that?
