Here’s a simple list of how you can stick to your resolutions.

*  A simple way to stick to your resolutions is to write them down, refer to them regularly and restrain yourself while shopping.

*  An affirmation is a declaration, a proclamation or statement.

*  Try to keep them constantly on your mind. When the going gets tough you won’t easily forget your resolutions or change them.

*  Take each resolution and write it down. These become your affirmations! Keep them where you can see them everyday as an ongoing reminder.

*  You may wish to share your affirmations with your family or friends. This can help as others can remind you when you are faced with the temptation to spend when you shouldn’t.

*  If you stick to your affirmations, you end the year well within your budget and happy with the knowledge that you achieved your financial goals!
