How to Think Faster
Tips for having a faster brain.
An 8 hours night sleep can help you think faster. While you sleep, brain makes an “entire system scan”. That means your brain is sorting the information that it absorbed all the day. You don’t need to sleep to rest your body. The sleep helps only the brain. It is true that while you sleep you rest your body, too. While you’re dreaming your brain is sorting the information. We dream every night, but we don’t realise that. That is because we can’t remind a weaker dream.
You need at least 8 hours of night sleep. To have an even better night sleep you can try to sleep from 10 pm to 6-7 am. You’ll feel better in no time.

Eat healthy!! It’s a good idea to eat a healthy breakfast to give you power for the day. 4 sandwiches and two apples can do miracles. The chocolate isn’t recommended, because it slows the brain until the end of the day.
Breakfast: 4 sandwiches/ cereals
2 apples/50 cherries
Lunch: Meat (turkey, cow, pig)
Salad
Dessert: a cake/some cookies/an ice-cream/ 20 grams of chocolate (no more)
Dinner: some fruits
Play some games. Games like chess and Sudoku. This can help you very much with improving you thinking speed.
