How to Treat The Blues?

  • When you’re feeling just tired a hot bath or shower and bed might be just what you need.
  • Raid the fridge. Sometimes a bit of fruit or a sandwich might just be what you need to cheer you up.
  • Phone a friend. Make it someone who is a good listener.
  • Do some exercise? Exercise does put you on a high-and it costs you nothing.
  • Go for a check-up. You may have some mineral shortage or slight chemical imbalance causing you to feel like this.
  • Buy yourself something nice- a new magazine, cheese, soap, coffee or a muffin at your favorite coffee shop.
  • Untidy homes are depressing do a cleanup.
  • Just go to the movies a feel good one or a thriller will be the best.
  • Go for shopping – buy some new clothes for yourself. Experiment on trying out new outfits for yourself.
  • Have a fun trip- preferably visit a hill station on try out some adventurous sport like river rafting or streaking. You may feel more relaxed and fresh.
