How should you respond when someone infers you are hopeless or says you will never succeed in your industry or area of study? When you are subjected to this type of criticism, become motivated to work harder and prove the offenders wrong. Tell yourself, “I am not a hopeless loser and I can accomplish anything I set my mind to. I will prove Mr. Smarty Pants wrong by showing him how good I am.
