How to Wake Up on The Right Side of The Bed
Rise and Shine.

- Find different wake-up calls everyday: use an alarm clock, have a friend call you, post a picture of your Hollywood crush on the ceiling…
- Give yourself a nice, long and luxurious stretch. Offer a prayer up to God.
- Greet yourself “Good Morning!”
- Have a wake-up partner. If you know that someone’s relying on you to wake her up, you’ll be sure to do it!
- Turn up the radio and put on some feel-good, energy boosting music.
- Look at yourself in the mirror and give yourself a big, toothy smile.
- Take a shower while singing your favorite song at the top of your lungs.
- Wear your favorite outfit.
- Greet your parents with good morning kisses and hugs.
- Surprise your friends with cute good morning text messages.
- Try recalling your dream and writing about it in a dream journal. Or jot down the good feelings you have that morning.
- Have a hearty breakfast! It’s the most important meal of the day. If you’re good in the kitchen, surprise your family by cooking up storm and serving them breakfast in bed.
- Bring your favorite food to school/office and share it with your friend.
- Greet your helpers or your driver a good morning.
- Think of random act of kindness you can do for the day.
- Tell someone you love him/her.
- Count down to the weekend.
- Plan on doing something exciting for the day.
- Count your blessings.
