Improve Your Concentration Power

Improve you concentration by following simple Yoga techniques.

As we all know concentration is a very important asset for human beings. By concentrating we will excel in many jobs , be it studying, working . Concentration helps us to channelize our thoughts . Instead of talking about the obvious positives  of concentrating let me write down the simple process of concentrating.

  1. Sit on any comfortable  (Sofa,chair) object .Let the place be well lit .
  2. Stretch your hand forward with thumbs up and rest of the fingers folded .
  3. Start to look at  the tip of thumb for next 2 minutes .
  4. Slowly move the hand towards your right , let your eyes continue to see the thumb.  Do not move your head , only eyes should follow the thumb.
  5. Stop the movement of the hand when it comes in line with your shoulders .
  6. Stay in this position for next 2 minutes .
  7. Slowly come back to the original position .

Repeat the above steps with your other hand.

I recommend to do this every morning or evenings . You can see the results after 30 to 40 days of continuous practice .
