If two objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time, why are you pushing yourself to do so many things at the same time ?

Is multitasking really worth it?

  • Find your optimum time discover your personal rhythm and plan the day accordingly.
  • Take time-outs Stop everything, step back and catch your breath. Become aware of things around. You will make better decisions.
  • Divide time Slot time for individual tasks, and plan for interruptions or distractions.
  • Get help If you can’t handle all the work, admit it and begin delegating immediately.

Complete tasks A completed task can have a very calming effect, one of satisfaction.
