Keeping The Brain Engaged: Key to Release Worry

There was a time I could not stop worry no matter how buy I was. Today using simple techniques I release worry so quickly it is almost becomes a joke.

Your days are filled with worry. You have a lot of work to do, bills to pay, and an uncertain future.

1. Keep your brain engaged all the time. Don’t do it by playing computer games but by reading about topics you care about. Google alerts is the best way I know to get news to your inbox about the subjects you care about. Right now Alberto Contador doping is the hottest trend and if you want to keep up with this topic, you just need to send the alert to Google and your Gmail inbox will receive it.

2. Keep your brain very active. Reading is not enough, you need to write. Start a blog about your favorite topic, if you are read more than one million times a month you are qualified to make serious money using advertising networks. How many times a day should you write? If you have nothing else to do writing should be your only action for your day. Aim to write 100 articles a day.

3. Find a new hobby or activity. The internet is the biggest place on earth to find information. See on Youtube people having fun and try to do what they do, but stay away from dangerous activities.

4. Have serious writing goals. Most people will never reach the 10K article mark.  Sean R Mize already scored 20K articles on Ezine articles and I am sure he will reach the 100K mark very soon.

5. Live for other people. What can you do to help other people to succeed? You can share your expertise for those in need. Those in need will search Google and find your article.

I have been reading everything I can about the human brain and I must tell you this is the most complicated, complex, marvelous machine in the known Universe.
