Living a Better Life
Learning ways to save money and feel good about your purchases.
Yes, ladies they like to be pampered as well. So, on that situation, I suggested that we split the cost each time we get our nails done. It’s his turn to pay. I could spend all day talking about getting my nails done because I love nails that are beautiful but, I won’t. Same thing with doing your nails at home. The next time you are in a nail salon, watch closely to how the manicurist work on your hands and once you get that technique done, you save money by doing your own hands. I’m not trying to put them out of business. I am just simply trying to show how to save money. Now, if you don’t have time to do it yourself, that’s when you take it to the nail salons and spas. We live in the age where the entertainers are showing off their belongings so why can’t we? Clothing can look the same as theirs but at a more reasonable price. There is nothing wrong with shopping at Wal-Mart. And if you can’t find it there then go to a friend who knows how to sow what you want and you can dress and look like a million bucks! Work it ya’ll!
Have you ever dreamed of doing what you love to do and finally getting what you dreamed? At times it seems so easy when you see so many entertainers in the business who have made it and doing what they really love doing. You have to understand that they work hard to get to where they desire to be. Sometimes, a person just has to be in the right place at the right time. Other times it is all about a look and the big wigs just ask the question. The decision is yours to make. It doesn’t even have to be in the industry. Your desire can be a number of things. You might want to be a judge or a manager of a store. What’s your desire? When I was growing up, the music was different and so was the time. The sounds were positive and made us young people want to do the right thing. I wanted to do so many things it made my head spin.
Education is important and parents can’t stress that enough to try to keep the children off the streets and here, we grew up with the statement “It takes a village to raise a child.” So education was gotten to get to where I wanted to be. It is strange to see teenagers now still in high school that has not graduated because even the 16 years olds don’t look their age. But at least they are trying to get their education. Half the population is doing what they want to do to make their money and enjoying it. What is their secret? If you happen to run into them, ask them to see what they have to say. It may get you inspired to work harder. If you have a dream at an early age, get a mentor in the field that you desire. Everything your heart desires can be yours if you want it. All that glitters can be gold. Taking words from our great inspiration. . . Go on! Live your life like it is golden.
