The sexual union therefore suffers, and this is because, the above lifestyle brings about diabetes, arthritis, hypertension, as well as cardiovascular disorders, which affect libido significantly.   1. Nutritional Factors:
  1. Minimize your fat intake, especially fat from fleshy foodstuff and milk;
  2. Minimize your intake of refined foodstuff, for instance, tinned meat, tinned beans, among others;
  3. Minimize your snack intake. For instance, biscuits, crisps, chocolates, and bottled juices, as well as sodas;
  4. Eat 70% of your meals from food in its natural form, for instance, a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, especially as salads;
  5. Minimize your sugar intake. Avoid sugary foodstuff, for instance, biscuits, cakes, and chocolates, among others;
  6. Minimize or completely eliminate the meats from your diet. They have excessive fat;
  7. Minimize or completely eliminate milk from your diet. It contains excessive fat.

Other nutritional factors to focus on:

  1. Do not eat both fruits and vegetables during the same meal;
  2. Do not drink cold water while eating warm food;
  3. Drink your cold water half an hour before, or one hour after warm meals;
  4. Avoid eating snacks between meals;
  5. Meals should be five hours apart.

EXERCISE

It is ideal to exercise daily, first thing in the morning, for at least twenty minutes. Aerobic exercises are highly recommended. These include:

  1. Running;
  2. Skipping;
  3. Swimming;

Exercise first thing in the morning enables our bodies to be on fat-burning mode continually for at least four hours.

All the above factors target metabolic efficiency, and below are explanations:

  1. For instance, exercise enables our bodies to break d9own food quickly, as well as burn body-fat;
  2. Eating meals five hours apart enables our bodies completely break down the previous meal before the new meal is eaten;
  3. Eating fruits and vegetables during different meals ensures complete metabolism. This is because the digestive enzymes used to metabolize fruits and vegetables are totally different. Therefore, eating both during the same meal may prolong the digestive process. This causes incomplete metabolism. The unmetabolized food is stored in our bodies as body-fat, leading to weight-gain.
