Love Your Body
The continuity in exercising is more important than beginning the exercise.To maintain the continuity we need motivation and the motivation should be from ourselves.
LOVE TO EXERCISE: WE should walks from 45 minutes everyday.everyday we feel pain in the last 15 minutes due to muscle fatigue.but still we continues to walk because doctor recommended to walk to control his Bp from the depth of the heart we should not like to walk or exercise but to sustain our life we should continues this routine work everyday.now a day people exercise in the gym and other fitness center to reduce weight,prevent disease,develop good shape and a minority exercise become of the love toward it. BODY ANALYSIS THE FIRST EXERCISE: This exercise is done in lying down position.lie down on the floor very comfortably with palms and face facing the sky and legs a bit separated.inhale and exhale in a very slow manner.now slowly concentrated on your breathing procedure and analyze the movement of air inside the body.after 30 second,slowly think of each of your body parts from legs to head and analyze what you have to do for each parts of the body to make it more beautiful and attractive. After doing this for 1 to 2 minutes slowly come back to the normal,slowly moving your legs and hands,then head and slowly get up from the floor. You can do this exercise on the previous night before you plan to exercise. The continuity in exercising is more important beginning the exercise.To maintain the continuity we need motivation and the motivation should be from ourselves.
