Mirror, Mirror: Who is the Beautiful One?

You are! Just take a few minutes of your precious time, in this stressful time of your life. When we manage to take a few minute every day to feel good .You will not have to find excuses to mask the stress mark printed on your face daily.
This exercise helps me, but like everything in this world we need to put the effort to make it work. Make sure you do not focus on the outside l, we are trying to be beautiful from the inside, if you are looking good and feeling good about yourself, and a lot of things will change around you.
- Wake up slowly in the morning, set up your alarm 10 minutes before.
- Relax breath and stretch slowly all part of your body.
- Make sure you have music something smooth relaxing.
- Look at yourself on the mirror and smile until you find yourself sincere.
- Now think about the good situation brought into your life lately.
- Take a shower or a bath, make sure you are using your prefer fragrance.
- This time is just for you, take every second or minute, do not let anyone disturb you.
- When you are done, choose the perfect outfit for the day.
- In each movement you have to feel good about it, just like if you are giving yourself a gift.
- When you are done once again, find a positive thought and keep it in mind.
- Close your eyes and think how beautiful you are.
These steps were simple, everyone can do it .Feeling good about yourself it is all in your mind, the way you are looking at yourself, learn to appreciate your life. It is also learning how to love you? Treat yourself good every day; congratulate yourself when something good is happening. Others will see the improvement believe me, believe in you!
