Sunshine and its benefits. It’s more than just about helping flowers grow. It’s about helping children and adults grow healthy and strong.

Sunshine is essential for the body and soul to feel at its best. Studies have shown that the sun does the body good.

People need to spend sometime out in the sun everyday. It raises a healthy glow that lies within us. It’s waiting each day to come out.

Children, who play outside when it’s nice and sunny, have better moods and rosy glows on their cheeks. Children who don’t play out in the sun tend to get frustrated and depressed. Why? They never got their fun loving adventure out for the day. Playing outside helps children grow into creative adults. Adults who are creative can do any life chosen career with more flair and excitement. The sun is out many times. Don’t waste it.  It may be cloudy tomorrow.

The color of the sun is a color that will rejuvenate the senses, and clear the mind of unclear thoughts. God knew that the sun would be more than just a bright shiny object just gazing upon the earth. It would be a vital source of health that would turn troubles into new outlooks. All that needs to be done is to feel God’s beautiful life glowing sun, and before long what’s wrong will vanish into the night.

The sun has magnificent benefits for the bodies. Take a look outside and feel the warmth of the sun, and have some fun before the day is done. It’ll do the body good.

Sun is a wonderful pick me up but be sure to put on plenty of sun block and stick to a filtered sunny place.Sunshine will make your skin old before your time besides causing skin cancer. I speak from personal knowledge.
